This is very tasty Almond milk recipe . This Almond milk recipe is very tasty and very easy to cook at home.
Almond – 18-20 pieces (soaked in water for 4-5 hrs and peeled)
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Saffron – 2 pinch
Milk(raw) – 500 ml
- First of all turn on the flame, heat a pan and add milk. On the other side put soaked almond in a grinding jar with 2 tbsp little warm milk and grind it into smooth paste.
- Now once the milk start boiling reduce the flame to law and boil the milk for 10-12 minutes. keep stirring in between. Now after 12 minutes add sugar and mix it well than add almond paste and saffron and boil the milk for more 15 minutes. Keep stirring in between otherwise milk comes out from the pan.
- Now the Almond milk is ready to serve hot but i suggest you all to serve it cold. So take out the milk in a jar and keep the jar in room temperature for 15 minutes than keep the jar in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours take it out from refrigerator and serve in clay pot or any cup and sprinkle some saffron,
