This is very tasty and famous Butter Naan Recipe. This Butter Naan Recipe is very heathy and very Easy to cook at home at tava.
Wheat flour – 1 cup
All purpose flour(Maida) – 1 cup
Curd/Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil – 3 tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1/4 cup
Nigella seeds – 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Warm water – 1/3 cup
Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup wheat floor , 1 cup all purpose flour , 1/2 tap sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 3 tsp oil and mix it well.
Now add curd and mix it well. Add warm water and mix it again and make a soft dough.
Transfer the dough into any air tight container and keep it at any warm place for 5-6 hours. Alternatively you may keep it inside the blanket to fermant it faster.

After 5-6 hours take out the dough out from the container and knead the dough once again.
Now make equal size of dough balls and than take a dough balls , dust it with flour and roll it into round or oval shape. Sprinkle little kalonji and coriander leaves and roll it again to set the seeds and leaves properly. (repeat the process to roll remaining naan).
Take a aluminium or iron tawa and heat it on medium flame.( don’t use non-stick tawa). Once the tawa is heated reduce the flame to low. Apply little water on the back side of naan and gently place it on hot tawa. Cook it for 15-20 seconds or till the bubbles starts appearing than flip the tawa on direct flame and increase the flame to medium.

Cook it on medium flame till it turns light brown or naan is cooked properly. Keep rotating the tawa to cook it from all the sides properly.
Take out the naan from tawa and apply butter on top. Repeat the process to make remaining naan.
TADA BUTTER NAAN IS READY.
