- Bread slices – 6
- Boiled egg – 4
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1/3 tsp
- Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
First of all mashed the boiled egg.(don’t make paste just crush it) Now add 2 tbsp mayonnaise , 1/3 tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste or 1/2 tsp and mix it well.
Now cut the edges of the bread.
Now take one bread slice and spread the mixture evenly and put the other slice in it and press it gently. Now repeat the process and make remaining sandwich.
Cut the sandwich into half diagonally.
TADA EGG MAYONNAISEN SANDWICH IS READY.
