This is very tasty Egg Roll Recipe. This Egg Roll Recipe is very tasty and very easy to cook at home.
All Purpose Flour – 100 gm
Cooking Oil – 6 Tbsp
Salt – 1/3 tbsp
Egg – 4 pcs
Green Chili – 2 (chopped)
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Cucumber – 1/2 (chopped)
Onion – 1 (Chopped)
Chili sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Chat Masala Powder – 1/3 tsp
Salt To Taste
First of all add 1/2 tsp salt in the flour, mix it than add 2 tbsp of oil in the flour and mix it properly.
Now add some water and knead it for a minute for soft and smooth dough.
Now caver it and leave it for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, take out the dough and knead the dough once more and divide it into 2 equal portion.
Now take one dough ball, grease it with few drops of oil and roll it into Chapati/roti shape.
Now Repeat the process to roll the other dough ball.

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, add some salt and mix it properly. Now take a pan/tawa apply 1 tbsp oil and let the oil be heated.
Put the rolled maida roti/chapati in the frying pan and cook it for a minute on low flame. After 1 minute flip it to cook other side for 1 minute.
Once it is cooked properly, take it out in a plate and add some oil in same pan and let it heat. Add egg in the pan and cook it for 20 seconds on low medium flame.
Now place the cooked roti/chapati on the top of egg and let it cook for 10-15 seconds than flip it and cook it for another 6-8 seconds than take it out in a plate.
Repeat the process to cook the other egg coated roti/chapati.
Take 1 egg coated chapati and than add chopped cucumber, onion and green chilli in the middle of the roll than sprinkle little chat masala, salt, lemon juice , chili sauce and Tomato sauce.
Now roll it with butter paper and serve.
