This is very tasty Indian Gulab Jamun Recipe. This Gulab Jamun Recipe is very tasty and very easy to cook at home.
Cook in – 45 minutes
Ready in – 60 minutes
Pieces – 12-15 pieces
White bread – 8 Pieces ( cut the corner)
Milk – 1 cup ( full cream)
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/4 of a spoon
Water – 1 and half cup for chasni
Refine Oil- 2 cup

First of all we will prepare for chasni. Turn on gas and put pan of it then put sugar on it and then pour water. Now boil it on slow flames fir 5-7 minutes.
Till the chasni is ready by then we will take out the bread in a bowl and mashed it, add milk to it. By adding a little milk, the mesh will continue until the small balls from it begin to form.
Now we will prepare small small balls and after that we will come to chasni. we will add cardamom powder to chasni and cook at low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Now, until the chasni formed, we will fry the balls. Now take a pan and heat it on the gas and add oil to it. When the oil becomes hot, reduce the gas and put the balls in it and fry it at a low flames. Gently flip it and when the color becomes light golden brown, take out the balls on kitchen towel or tissu. And then quickly put hot balls in chasni because hot balls will quickly absorb all the chasni.
After adding it to chasni boil it for 5-6 minutes and if the gulab jamun becomes soft than turn off the gas.
And then cool it for 5-6 hours.
Your gulabjamun is ready. serve it..
