Misti Doi recipe | Bengal misti doi recipe

This is very tasty Bengali Misti Doi recipe. This Misti doi is very tasty and very easy to cook at home.


Ingredients

  • Milk – 2 ltr
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp-
  • Seedless dates – 8-10
  • Yogurt – 1 Tbsp

Direction

First of all boil the milk until it becomes thick and boil the dates in half cup of water until it becomes soft.

When the milk is being  boiled and becomes thick, add sugar to it boil it for more 2 minutes then turn off the flame. 


Now put soft dates in a blending jar and grind it and make it paste.


Now put milk in a bowl and keep them for 10 minutes so that milk cools down.

After 10 minutes add date paste and 1.5 tbsp fresh yogurt and mix it well.

Now put milk in Mud bowl and keep them in any hot place for 6-8 hour.

After 6- 8 hour  the MISTI DOI will be ready.
