Serve for – 4 peoples
- Paneer – 200gm (mashed)
- Green chili – 2 (chopped)
- Onion – 1 (chopped)
- Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Bread crumbs or mashed bread – 1/4 cup
- White flour(maida) – 2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1/3 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1/3 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1/3 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/3 tsp
- Chat masala powder – 1/3 tsp
- Salt to taste
- skewers – 5-6 pieces

First of all put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl except cooking oil and mix it well.
Now take skewers and wash it before use. Now take little amount of mixture in your hand, put the skewers in the middle and roll it. Repeat the process to make remaining kababs.
Now turn on the flame , heat a tawa and add little oil and spread it evenly. Once the oil heated reduce the flame to medium and put the seekh kababs on tawa one by one and cook it for 30 seconds on medium flame. After 30 seconds flip it to cook other side. Cook the kababs till it turns into golden brown from all the sides.
It takes approx 3-4 minutes to cook perfectly.
After 4 minutes take it out in a plate.
KABABS ARE READY
Put 3,4 garlic cloves, 2 green chilli and 1/2 cup coriander leaves in a blender jar and add 1/3 tsp salt and 3,4 tsp water and grind it into smooth paste.
TADA, PANEER SEEKH KABAB IS READY.
