This is very tasty Indian Paneer Tikka recipe . This Paneer Tikka recipe is very tasty and very easy to cook at home.

Serve for – 4 peoples
Paneer – 250 gram
Curd – 2-3 tbsp
Onion(chopped) – 2
Gram floor (Besan) – 1 Tbsp
Cumin seed – 1 Tsp
Carom seeds(ajwain) – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/3 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
Garam masala Powder – 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Capsicum and Onion (Chopped in cube shaped) – 1 Cup
Tomato Puree – 1/3 cup
Dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

First to all take a mixing bowl and add 2-3 tbsp of curd, 1 tbsp of gram flour, 1/4 tsp carom seeds(ajwain), 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,1/3 tsp coriander powder , 1/3 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and 1/2 tsp tandoori masala powder.
Now add 1 tbsp oil in it and mix it well. Add salt to taste and make a thick batter. Now add paneer cubes , chopped capsicum and onion in it and mix it well. Cover it and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take it out of refrigerator and mix it once again. Heat 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil on tawa/pan and than put the marinated paneer and veggies on tawa and cook it on low-medium flame till it turns brown. keep flipping in between. Paneer is ready

Now Heat oil in an pan and add cumin seeds than add 2 chopped onions in it and fry it till it turns golden. Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry it for 30 seconds on medium flame.
Now reduce the flame to low and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder(kashmiri), 1/2 tsp coriander powder and 1/2 tsp cumin powder. Fry the masala for few seconds on low flame. Add 1/3 cup of tomato puree or 2 grind tomato in it and mix it well. Cover the pan cook it for 5-7 minutes on low medium flame.
After 5-7 minutes remove the lid and mix it well and add 1.25cup of water and salt to taste. Mix it well and fry it for 4-5 minutes. After 5 minutes add paneer tikka along with veggies in it and mix it well. Now cover the pan and cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
After 10 minutes open the lid and stir it. Now add 1/2 tsp garam masala and little fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi) in it. Cover the lid and turn off the flame.
