This is very tasty Indian Samosa recipe . This Samosa recipe is very tasty and very easy to cook at home.
Preparation – 10 minutes

Serve for – 4 peoples
All purpose flour – 200gm
Carom seeds(ajwain) – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Potato(boiled)- 6 pcs or 500gm
Fresh/Frozen peas – 25gm
Roasted peanut – 20-25
Green chili chopped – 3-4
Ginger grated – 2 inch
Garlic grated – 10-12
Oil to use
Turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/3 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1 cup
Chat masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder(aamchur) – 1/2 tsp
First of all take a bowl ,add flour , carom seed and 1/2 tsp salt in it and mix it well. Now add 4 tbsp cooking oil in it and mix it well with your hand.
Add water in it and knead it into smooth dough. Now cover the dough and leave it for 15 minutes.

On the other side mashed potato with your hand than turn on the flame add oil and heat it properly. Once the oil get heated add chopped green chili, grated ginger and garlic in hot oil and fry it for a minute on medium flame.
After 1 minute add green peas in it and fry it for more 1 minute. Now add turmeric powder and red chili powder on it and fry it for more 30 seconds. After 30 seconds add roasted peanut in it and fry it for 1 minute.
Add mashed potato in it and mix it well than add garam masala powder,cumin powder and salt to taste.
Reduce the flame to low and fry it for 3-4 minutes on low flame. After 4 minutes turn off the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves and mix it well and leave it to cool down properly.
Once the stuffing has cooled down add dry mango and chat masala powder in it. Masala is ready for stuffing.

Now knead the prepared dough once and make equal size of balls to make samosa.
Take 1 dough ball and dust it with plain flour and roll it into small roti or poori shape. Cut it into two equal parts, with the help of water fold it like samosa shape or pic given below.
Now fill it with prepared stuffing, apply little water on the edges and seal it.
Repeat the process and make all the samosas. Turn on the flame heat a dark pan and add oil. once the oil heated reduce the flame to low and put samosa one by one in hot oil.
Fry it on low flame till it turns golden brown from both sides. If the samosa is ready, take it out in a kitchen towel.
TADA samosa is ready.. Serve it with Tomato ketchup or green chili chutney.
