- Full Cream Milk – 1ltr
- Lemon – 2 pcs
- Powdered Suger – 1/3 (50gms)
- Green Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp or 5 pieces powder
- Saffron – 20-25
- Almond – 10-15 pcs
First of all we boil the milk and make cheese curd (chenna) from it. Once the milk begun boiling switch off the gas and let the milk cool down for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes we will add lemon juice in small amounts and mix.
Our curd cheese is ready now. we will stop adding lemon juice as soon as the milk curdles.
Now we will filter out the curd cheese with a light cotton cloth and add little cold water to wash it off so that the lemon juice can be expelled.
Now squeeze the curd cheese and strain the remaining water out than take out the curd cheese in a plate and make it softer by preesing it for 6-7 minutes.
Now we will add suger powder and saffron to it and mix it well for 2-3 minutes
Now we will stir it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame so that rawness of paneer came out.
So take a non stick, turn flame to medium and stir it for 3-4 minutes.
After 4 minutes add cardamom powder to it and mix. Once it mix properly we can make sandesh by using mold or by using our palms.
We will shape it round then we can give it a shape and garnished it with almond . SO now make all the sandesh to be ready…
