Soya chili recipe

This is very tasty SOYA CHILI RECIPEThis Soya chili recipe is very tasty and very easy to cook at home.

Ingredients

  • Soya chunks – 1 cup
  • Green chili – 3 (split)
  • Garlic cloves(chopped) – 6
  • Spring onion(chopped) – 1/3 cup
  • Onion – 2 (chopped in square shape)
  • Capsicum – 2 (chopped in square shaped)
  • Red chili powder – 1/3 cup
  • salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour – 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cooking oil – 1/2 cup (for frying soya chunks)
  • schezwan sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp

Direction

  • First of all turn on the flame, boil water in pan. Once the water start boiling , add soya chunks in it and turn of the flame and leave it for 30 seconds.After 30 second take it out in normal water. When the soya chunks get cooled, squeeze it properly, remove all the water from it and take it out in a bowl. 
  • Now take a mixing bowl, add soya chunks, corn flour, all purpose flour , salt to taste, little black pepper powder, 1 tsp soy sauce and schezwan sauce and mix it well.
  • Turn on the flame, heat oil in a  pan/kadhai. Now fry the soya chunks in high flame till it turns golden. Keep flipping it between. Once it turn golden brown take it out on paper kitchen towel.
  • Now turn on the flame and and heat little oil or 1 tbsp oil in high flame.Now add garlic and fry it for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds add capsicum and onion and fry it for 30 seconds on medium flame.Now add red chili sauce,soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chili powder and little salt and mix it well. Now add green chili and spring onion. 
  • Now in 1 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp water  and mix it well and put it into the sauce and keep stirring in medium-high flame. Cook it for 30 seconds on medium-high flame.
  • Now add fried soya chunks in it and toss it well and than turn off the flame.
  • Now sprinkle some spring onion and toss it again.

TADA SOYA CHILLI IS READY..
