TANDOORI CHAI RECIPEOverview

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1.5 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Tea – 1.5 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch
  • Cardamom – 3-4 pcs
  • Clay pot – 1(wash and dry)

Direction

STEP1

First of all turn on the flame, heat a pan and add 1.5 cup of milk and 1/2 cup water in it. 

On the other side heat a clay pot on other flame and keep changing the position to heat it evenly.

STEP2

Now once the milk start boiling add ginger, cardamom, 1.5 tbsp tea and 2 tbsp sugar in it and boil it for 2-3 minutes in low flame.

Once the tea is ready , remove it from the stove and stain it.

On the other side increase the flame to high and heat the pot properly from outside to inside.( use tongs for holding pot)

STEP3

Once the pot heat properly , gently put the hot clay pot into a pan. Now pour the hot tea into all over the clay pot.

You can smell the smoky flavour now. 

Now change the pot because this pot is very hot and your finger can burn .

so take the other pot and transfer the tea.

TADA TANDOORI TEA IS READY.
